• Validity: Valid for use from Sunday to Friday only. Not applicable on Saturdays, public holidays, and peak periods, unless otherwise stated.
• Access Hours: Day pass privileges are valid only during specified operating hours of the resort, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Booking Channels: This offer is exclusively available for direct bookings made via the resort’s official website or through direct calls or walk-ins.
• Consumable Usage: Any unused balance from the consumable F&B credit cannot be refunded, transferred, or carried over to another day. Partial redemption or splitting of the credit across multiple visits is not allowed.
• Advanced reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred date, subject to availability. Walk-in guests may be accommodated on a case-to-case basis.
• Bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking.
• Rates are net of tax and service charge.
• Promotions are not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the resort.
• In the purchase of goods and services with a promotional discount, in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), senior citizens or PWDs can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
